A strawberry breakfast sandwich all day

I first saw this in a Japanese bakery and decided to recreate it at home. It serves as a guiltlessly sweet start to the day, but it can function as a yummy snack, too. Here's how to make your own!

Step one: Assemble ingredients.

Step two:
Cut the piece of toast in half, and spread cream cheese on each side.

Step three:
Add strawberries.

Step four:
Assemble.

Step five:
Enjoy!
(Note: You may have noticed a lot of crumbs in these pictures. I toasted the bread to a crisp, but you could also use untoasted bread for a softer texture. It will also help to keep the sandwich together, so the strawberries won't squeeze out with each bite. Regardless, it's delicious!)
